CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? 

We know it will be love at first sight but if you have any personal reasons to return, we’ll refund or replace within 90 days, you will pay just for postage

We do not refund for Discovery sets.

The Lust Promise applies in the UK and Europe on products bought from our website for personal use (not resale).

PLEASE NOTE:
• Refunds include the retail price of the returned product shown on the verified dispatch note.
• Refunds can only be credited to the debit or credit card used to buy the product
• If you’re returning our products from within our solar system, you’ll need to pay postage
• Bulk, automated or third-party claims cannot be accepted
• You can only return one of each product at a time
• You have to return our products in the sealed, original and undamaged packaging
